Barring an absolute nightmare in the final round of the World Series Sevens, Fiji can add another World Series title to their Olympic gold.

South Africa are without a few of their star players - including losing Cecil Afrika and Branko du Preez over the weekend. Fiji are tough opposition and the Blitzboks definitely gave their all, but Fiji were just too good today.

Oh man, that's tough to take.

Looks like there was a knock on in play there that the ref didn't pick up from the restart... but it doesn't matter.... whistle goes. It's all over.

Sjoe, that was hard work. Davids had to work hard for that. South Africa don't take the conversion, we're straight to the kick off and we're in the red.

Fiji are just too good. South Africa are playing their hearts out here, no doubt, but they just cannot get past Fiji.

And before you can  blink, Fiji hit back. Again. And right under the posts. Jasa Veremalua started the move, put the gas on, made some ground, found some support and then find the ball again. And the conversion is good...

Ruhan Nel, who came on early for the injured Werner Kok, is over the whitewash...Senatla is in the midfield doing his manoeuvring. Creates some space, finds Nel out wide, but the conversion is missed.
